Participants have been randomly assigned to four groups for practice presentations and facilitation exercises. Each participant will receive individual module assignments via the links below.

Group Mentoring Challenges Exercise
π― Exercise Overview
All four groups will work on the same mentoring challenge scenarios but on a different policy brief. Each group will analyze the challenges, develop solutions, and prepare their approach. Groups will then pair up for discussion and sharing of strategies.

Group Pairings for Discussion
After working on the mentoring challenges, groups will pair up to share strategies and insights
π Exercise Structure
- Individual Group Work (20 minutes): Each group analyzes the mentoring challenges and develops their solutions
- Paired Discussion (10 minutes): Paired groups meet to share their approaches and strategies
- Full Group Debrief (20 minutes): All groups come together to share key insights and learnings

To maximize your learning during the TOT workshop, please review the following materials before arrival:
